Our Signature Supply Chain Program from paddock to plate.

By rotating feeding regimes our farmers reduce the accumulation of excess fat tissue whilst continuing to produce intramuscular fat, commonly known as marbling. The result is consistent, high quality eating Lamb! All White Stripe Lambs are raised without Antibiotics and are free of hormone growth promotants.

Feeding Regime

Our feeding regime is centered around providing the best nutrition for our livestock. Our farmers achieve this by utilising all-natural pastures such as clovers, rye grasses, and lucerne, which contribute to the animals' well-being. We place a strong emphasis on high protein intake, recognising its importance for their growth and health. Additionally, we ensure their steady development by incorporating supplementary feeding of turnips, brassicas, lentils, lupins, and oats, which further enhance their overall nutrition, whilst continuing to produce intramuscular fat. The result is constant eating quality Lamb that is tender and has a mild flavour profile.

The lamb is designed to be used directly in their culinary creations, ensuring convenience and seamless integration. Our team takes great care in guaranteeing that the lamb products meet the exact requirements of our valued customers.
